There are fresh nettles, goose grass & garlic mustard growing in the hedge rows on the walk to work. They shouldn’t be. The seasons are fucked up.

New company pension scheme which I cannot log into, send me coded messages which they then take 9 days to tell me I need my NI number to open. The opened letter just gives me a telephone number which was on the message that they just sent me, telling me to use my NI number.

I despair.

When I’m scared I do breathing exercises and listen to relaxation recordings on Insight timer. Yoga nidra relaxations are very good.

How does someone get from asking me if I have an account somewhere to then expecting me to have ordered some things from there without discussing what?

Yes, there was a list, but not everything was needed. Could have been purchased from elsewhere.

A reminder to please teach the kids in your life, we don't approach or touch or talk to any service dog in harness. That dog is working and we don't distract it. And also for adults: don't take the arm of or otherwise touch another human without asking if you're required. #blind #lowvision

Who bought me cheese please?
2 parcels arrived for Michael at lunchtime. One with a selection of lovely cheeses & chutneys & one wooden toy. Thanks to Daisy but I couldn't find anything to tell me where the cheese was from. Thanks anyway

He has been out twice, for a walk with his coat on. Otherwise not ventured out. Poor sausage.

We keep reading about Epstein (and Maxwell) in the past tense.

But what do you think all those ‘clients’ did once their suppliers were jailed and/or died?

Did they just suddenly stop raping girls?

A fine example of productivity in the office yesterday.

My manager and I (female) struggling to get things done on Dynamics 365, which is new to us.

A group of males, across the room discussing, loudly, things to do with car crashes, motorsports and gaming. Distracting.

🧵Spotted While Roaming In Aotearoa New Zealand:

A young human (8?) is crouched in front of a white picket fence, clutching a super soaker to his chest.
He tenses, then...
JUMPS UP
and sprays his little brother who's sleeping on the porch.
GOTCHA!
Little Brother roaring vengeance.

Someone had added red crosses and words to the mini-roundabouts in the village yesterday. Good to see the outrage on the Facebook page, somebody had painted over it all by the time I got home.

Here's my plea to the government, media and everyone else to stop treating NHS administrators as a problem to be eliminated, rather than the glue which holds the whole organisation together.

🧵Spotted from a Sunny Cafe in Aotearoa New Zealand:

A effervescent woman (80s?) wearing a flowing yellow floral dress bustles from her wooden cottage and carefully crouches down on her garden path to offer a bumble bee a drink from an outstretched teaspoon.
Beaming when her gift is accepted. (1)
