This is just illiterate. The “250” is for the Declaration of Independence. The presidency didn’t exist for another 13 years. George Washington wasn’t in Philadelphia, wasn’t a member off the Continental Congress, & didn’t sign the Declaration.

I have to say I had no idea what these commissioners did. Other than they were quite an expense item on the Council Tax bill. I certainly couldn't name mine.
Perhaps job 1 on their replacement is to explain what value they add.
