If Trump wants to signs an EO on H-1Bs raising "the fee that companies pay to sponsor H1-B applicants to $100,000", we shld be making a play to get companies to set up shop up here to locate that talent.

A terrible assumption made in a lot policy/political punditry is to assess whether some decision or action has achieved an improved outcome in comparaison to the status quo, ignoring that the status quo may have gotten worse in the absence of said decision or action. 🤷♂️
