being in my late thirties feels like I'm a third of the way into playing a really involved rpg and have only just got a sufficient handle on the game mechanics to realise all the ways I've been playing it wrong, only I can't restart or roll a new character and cross-classing late is punitive.

Shout out to my spooky bean Raven who willingly came out of hiding when my friend was visiting, SOUGHT HER OUT, and got scritches from said friend, which is something she has never been brave enough to let someone besides me do since I adopted her 😭 🐈⬛ 💕 we love a growth arc

The worst thing about the power outage was my bb Asha. She loves her water fountain more than anything and it wasn’t working. She meowed in front of the bathroom door for hours begging for running water. Still water simply wasn’t good enough and she is traumatized!
