If they do get any insider access, what are they doing to verify the contractors are ‘legit’ (ie ok with ICE) before giving them access?

Might bounty hunters contracted to work with ICE might be given access to additional tools/databases too? (beyond some way of being able to receive and transmit basic case info with ICE...though actually that part might just be a Telegram or Signal chat).

uhhh this actually reminds me a lot of how LLMs function at a basic level too - predicting tokens based on proximity & context, etc 😬 ...so we're teaching kids to read like AI & saying AI level is good enough
