Very curious! I'm teaching an intensive class on nuclear issues, with a 2024 DIA report on Nuclear Threats on the reading list. Suddenly, though, it's gone from the DIA website - but the rest of their reports are still up. Luckily, I downloaded a copy. The report does focus heavily on Russia...

It’s a dark day for research in Aotearoa New Zealand and the ramifications for the country are huge. Minister Judith Collins has just announced our blue-skies funder will no longer fund humanities & social science research and that 50% of what is funded must have economic benefit.
