Cranks up tariffs to 130 odd percent.
Drops it to 30% (which is still high) plus steel, aluminum and others are, I assume, at 25% plus with another weird 90 day window of economic uncertainty and potential ratcheting up or down.
Seems like a less than ideal way to run an economy.
