Really clear that this whole BBC attack is coordinated including internal elements.
The BBC has already been a 2nd advertising space for Farage and co.
Obviously, not extreme enough for The Telegraph..

Everything on our news agenda is being driven by a corrupted disinformation machine, run by a billionaire who sponsors Tommy Robinson and who keeps trying to foment civil war in the UK.
And incredibly our MPs & news providers stay there.
THAT is the problem. Not some bad editing choice on the BBC.

I'm watching Chris Mason trying to summarise the witness statements live on the news, and it's like watching a child trying to build a nuclear reactor out of play-doh. Nice to have such a prolonged view of the top of his head as he says things like "there's a Rishi Sunak bit".

Amazing job by the presenter here.
Wonder how Robert Jenrick's rowback to "We want people living in mixed communities" means he wants some kind of houseswap with urban + rural Britain?
Are mostly white communities "living essentially ghettoised lives"?

Robert Jenrick is a disgrace and needs to be not just sacked but evicted from parliament.
Wow. Robert Jenrick doubles down by branding a black journalist's questions "ridiculous" and saying that the problem is not his comments, but "journalists like you who pop up and try to knock me down", adding that "this is the reason why terrorist attacks happen". ~AA

Its astonishing to think the economy would be 4% larger, if Brexit had not happened. It doesn't sound like a lot, but that would equate to over £140 billion. You could reverse the 2010s austerity in local government completely, and massively increase spending elsewhere.
And some people trust Farage.

For 56 minutes Sky News and BBC News interrupted everything else and carried a Reform UK feed live, uninterrupted, unchallenged. The stream spluttered, froze, pixelated - dozens of times - still they stuck with it. FOR ONE HOUR.

Retrospectively removing indefinite leave to remain would be immoral and economically damaging. It would tear families apart.
Attacking it as ‘potentially illegal’ is completely beside the point.
Argue with the (awful) idea. Don’t try ’well, actually you can’t do that’.

Is it true?
How does it compare to other professions?
Because anyone familiar with British RW media discourse knows they reserve a special venom for civil servants…🤷🏼♀️

At the risk of sounding like a government spokesperson, I wonder if we're too gloomy. NHS waiting times are falling, as are net migration numbers. Growth hasn't been fast, but it's improved. Real wages are growing. Inflation is a bit sticky, but much reduced.
