Saw this sweet and spicy canned tuna in tar-jay. It was .89 cents. Put it on top of some jasmine rice, cucumber, Gimme Korean BBQ favored seaweed, Asian Sesame salad dressing. It was so good. I will do that again. Tasted like a spicy tuna sushi roll.

Kept seeing those burrito bowl ads. So I made my own. Sent my sister to work with a burrito bowl with Grilled chicken, sauteed beef strips, tomato, black beans, cilantro lime rice, salsa, red onions; on the side were tortilla chips, cheese sauce, guacamole, and cheese. So Good! Didn't make to pics.

fyi - when dealing with extreme heat and air conditioners, remember the best you can really hope for is a 20° differential - meaning if it's 100° outside, your AC can really only get you to 80° inside

Making stuff shells to put in the freezer. Its going to be a 2 day process. lol I'm going to make the shells, stuff them with a spinach herbed ricotta filling, freeze the individual shells. Bag them.
Make a beef/pork sausage meat sauce. Freeze into cubes, bag them. Might take pictures.
