Toxicologist here! Not a dentist but I treat fluoride toxicity, & it has never been from a dental product. National data reflects this.

Saying fluoride “causes gut harms” is a lie. Ingesting ANYTHING can affect gut microbiota, including dinner! That is not a health outcome let alone a negative one

We need fewer Joe Rogans, actually
Here’s Aaron Rodgers talking about vaccines causing “turbo-cancer” and killing children. Rodgers then wonders about the nanobots implanted inside the Covid vaccines.

How's that "free speech on college campuses" crusade going?

EXCLUSIVE: The Trump administration is discussing plans to try to block certain colleges from having any foreign students if it decides too many are "pro-Hamas," senior Justice and State Department officials tell Axios.
Exclusive: Trump's "pro-Hamas" purge could block foreign students from colleges
The planned purge is another escalation of Trump's aggressive crackdown on immigration and antisemitism that civil libertarians say stifles campus speech.

Some of you who have worked in newsrooms might be familiar with Dataminr, the social media alerts and monitoring tool.

Turns out, they've been quietly helping LAPD track and surveil Gaza-related protests.

Hospitals that can afford Super Bowl ads shouldn’t be sending their patients to collections
So what do my HCW friends think about NYU Langone spending millions of dollars in the Super Bowl for an ad instead of say paying more to their workers or buy new equipment?
Good use of resources? 🤔

This is a crisis response app. If a diplomat is in danger, for any reason, this sends their whereabouts to diplomatic security in country and DC
USAID employees overseas are no longer able to access their government security app, which gives them this error code (images provided to me by USAID worker)

One cool thing about working in a place people call “America’s safety net” (ER) -a perverse admission in itself- is how I already don’t have the ability to address easily preventable problems (like lack of access to healthcare) and have to keep watching our leaders make easily fixable problems worse
It’s pretty rough having to walk every day into an emotionally-draining job filled with challenges and tragedies while also having to plan your future in the face of even larger, nationwide tragedies, but there’s a trick to getting through it all: dissociating
