Then they prosecuted none of them
KUDLOW: Are you able to reform the SNAP and food stamp program? Are there a lot of able-bodied people who shouldn't be in there?

BROOKE ROLLINS: What DOGE and our amazing team at USDA have found is 186,000 dead people are receiving SNAP benefits. We've made hundreds of arrests.

If you only read these headlines, you’d be forgiven for thinking that this woman was coerced into an abortion. She wasn’t: She and family contacted police, her abuser was immediately arrested, and she later gave birth.

Second story mentions this fact further down; DOJ also confirmed to me: “The woman did not obtain an abortion and eventually gave birth, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.“

Defendant’s sentencing memo says he and the victim share a child:

From the description, this particular incident appears to be a targeted enforcement operation; they were looking for a specific person. That he was at church at the time is no longer an obstacle under this administration.
Fifteen-year-old Miguel Vazquez was one of the people who took off running when federal agents arrived. “I thought, ‘Wait, why am I running? I’m a citizen,’” Vazquez said.
