NPR just sued Trump over his unconstitutional executive order gutting federal funding for public media.

Kudos to them for standing up for the First Amendment. It reminds me of when Mr. Rogers stood up to Nixon's attempts to gut public broadcasting 56 years ago.

My current #AcademicSky existential crisis: having plagiarism meetings re trad plagiarism from other sources detected via Turnitin. Is it misconduct? Yes. But it now represents only a small sliver of misconduct I am able to detect. In the age of AI...at least these students opened an actual paper?

Y'know years ago I was pretty convinced learning art history wouldn't have a meaningful impact upon the art I make- until I eventually made the effort and started learning art history. Would highly recommend it if you haven't taken that step yourself. It will surprise, delight, and inspire you.
