Trump cannot “dissolve” the US Postal Service, nor can he dismiss the Board of Governors or merge the US Postal Service into the Department of Commerce. Such moves would negate the legislative authority of Congress." Trump & Musk are already negating the legislative & appropriations functions of Congress. I am appalled Congress's failure to assert its legal, constitutional, co equal status and defend its powers. Appropriations chairs in House & Senate have been shamefully supine.
