Addendum to my post about getting my foot cast off: did you know that in Doug Ford's Ontario that OHIP no longer covers casts or braces for fractures? I had to pay $100 for the fiberglass cast and they tried to charge me another $200 for an air cast today (but I already had one at home).

If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.

A friend messaged me today and they told me I had hurt their feelings by being absent lately. I was taken somewhat aback and felt awful. But I was really glad they brought it to my attention. I apologized and thanked them for telling me.
