It’s time to seriously consider Free Cascadia or even a West coast exit. Not as something to happen right now but as a rallying point and as a nuclear option if things continue in the current direction. 30 years from now, we can’t still be attached to a fascist US.

Much respect to Mark Carney. His logic of risk mitigation applies to anti-Trump movements/people/areas within the US too. As much as possible, blue states need to ally themselves with Carney’s group of middle powers against the US federal government.

Getting noticed in France, I guess. As someone originally from the west coast, though, I will enjoy when I don’t have to think much about New York again.

This is definitely not original to me, but it occurs to me that a lot of the health scares and alternative medicine conspiracy theories indicates that many people are concerned about pollution and ’chemicals’ in their food/water And skeptical of corporations.

For a better, more equal, and more democratic future, corporations need to be held accountable in European (and hopefully one day, American) courts for environmental and labor violations in their supply chains.
