This subject could easily be a book length essay. The key question is why Scottish football, or rather all the other clubs in Scotland, make no attempt to challenge underlying reasons that mean they have almost no chance of winning the league.

Interesting piece highlighting some of the problems of Scottish football in today's @theobserveruk.bsky.social by @rorysmith.bsky.social. I particularly like the phrase "toxic insularity" to describe the inherent conservatism and small-mindedness
