This watch face still not the best for "fast glancing at an angle" type, but yes it does reduced cognitive load.
A busy watch dial. This A-17 style one was pilot watch design in the WWII days when inside planes are loud.
I don't need 24hrs inner numbers, might DIY removing it later. idk yet.

yeah.. it's asking much from an avg person to _not_ do it the only way to get anything done, in a corrupted system.
That's why both *encorage the honest + punish the dishonest* are needed to fight corruption, not just punish. A basic lesson in anti-corruption I know, still seeing it in me country.
