We can be morally outraged by an assassination and at the same time acknowledge that Charlie Kirk’s racism and misogyny were immoral. Whitewashing his behavior and beliefs betrays the collective by masking how we got to this place in America.
Let’s Not Forget Who Charlie Kirk Really Was
The right-wing influencer did not deserve to die, and we shouldn’t forget the many despicable things he said and did.

Brexit has never looked quite so ruinously insane as it does right now. And it’s always been idiotic. Alone, outside the EU, needing to improve our relationship with our own continent but also terrified of the wrecking-ball lunatic in the White House. Cornered by our own ‘sovereign’ stupidity.

Jesus Christ. When was the last time you heard anyone say something like this?
🇪🇺🇬🇧 Through my first set of meetings in Brussels. The praise for Starmer is overwhelming: “What he has managed to do is not just good for him. It's good for all of us. Absolutely top notch. This is the UK at its best. The UK we have always admired.

This caught my eye, I was intrigued about vegan murderers, nothing really about veganism but they are anarchists. This is a typical headline trying to associate something with a lifestyle they see as woke

Europe needs to unite and beef up the common defence policy and stand shoulder to shoulder against Russia and fill the vacuum left by the USA. And it needs to do it now not in some imaginary far off point in the future.

No space to dilly dally and if we do, then our kids will wind up in uniform.

As most of MSM is actively blocking these parties and views then it’s up to us all to spread the word.
The Greens, the LibDems, Plaid Cymru, all did better at the last election than ever.

They all have very good, progressive immigration policies.

Nobody has a clue what they are though. The media only GAF about anti-migrant politics.
surely the disillusionment comes in part from the media not covering Green or LibDem policy, but amplifying RW ideaology? A balanced media, focussed on facts would greatly help

Boris Johnson promised farmers that “subsidies would stay - 100% guaranteed”.

🚜 The National Farmers’ Union council was overwhelmingly in support of “Remain”, but decided not to campaign outright, as it would upset some of their larger farmers who were cheering Brexit.
What happened to those post-Brexit farm subsidies?
We need a discussion about UK food and farming, our resilience to external and self-inflicted events, and where the money is going
