I opened this link hoping (but not expecting) to see "spendy" included, and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't even know it was a regionalism until I was well into adulthood.

1. A frosted sugar cookie from a long-gone bakery in one of the malls I worked in during my retail days. The frosting was just the right amount of sweet and the texture of the cookie underneath had the perfect amount of chew. 1/?
