You know you are old when bands you should have heard of start releasing covers of songs from bands you have never heard of.

What is more fun than an eight hour layover?

An eight hour layover with a two hour delay. Had enough airports for today, thank you very much.

I was at a shitty crustpunk bar once getting an after-work beer. One of those shitholes where the bartenders clearly hate you. So the bartender and I were ignoring one another when someone sits next to me and he immediately says, "no. get out."

8. Annie Lennox doesn't get the credit she deserves for the songs she did for movies, like Into The West from Lord of the Rings, Love Song for a Vampire from Bram Stoker's Dracula, or Walking on Broken Glass (1992) from Die Hard

Since it's Halloween tomorrow, I think I'd be failing in my duty to you all if I didn't post this again. Some people put in the effort. Some people really try hard. And then... some people do THIS.

New writers sometimes ask me what's the difference between a pantser and an outliner, and I tell them: A pantser just throws a dozen angry ferrets into a box to see what happens. An outliner, however, names the ferrets first.

EXCLUSIVE: Trump’s White House Was ‘awash in speed’ and Xanax

If you ever looked at the actions of the Trump administration and wondered, ‘Are they on drugs?’ — the answer was, in some cases, yes. Absolutely, yes.
