Apathy is tiring
Come on. Let’s be honest, the success of globalisation in economies is predicated on cheap labour. Why else do businesses like conservative governments? They encourage open borders (until they don’t like the influence of “their” culture on say the “Kiwi” culture) so cheaper hungrier labour comes in.

Am I the only one that sees what conservative / right leaning governments are doing? Manufacturing the burning down economies so a reset occurs and only growth can come from there. #Dystopia #GreedyReset

Funny how some politicians & economists still lament how unproductive the NZ workforce is though.

It certainly feels like conservative governments are shrinking economies through their policies, so when it grows from such a low base that they can say “see we’ve grown 20%!” given their approach has meant jobs have been lost, household spending has taken a hit & kiwis leaving in droves 🫠🤔🤦🏽‍♂️

When you have a current Government signalling to an independent body what they want to see in an #OCR announcement then getting a huge cut you have to question the #RBNZ’s independence. The current government have been asking for more cuts as their current policies aren’t driving economic growth.

I hadn’t really heard of Charlie Kirk until his passing. What struck me was the number of Pasefika people who revered him through social media. I found this article very enlightening on explaining how Pasefika views would get here 👇🏼

Reading between the tea leaves of Adrian Orr’s resignation (current Governments criticism (historic & current) & their lack of solutions) it astounds me that ACT & National supporters when asked what they would have done during COVID, conveniently shut up & raise their hands like “I don’t know!” 🤷
