A wind warning is in effect for most of northeastern Nova Scotia including the areas of Cape Breton not under a winter storm warning. Gusts of up to 90 km/h of higher are expected beginning this evening and lasting until Monday evening. Precipitation will remain rain at times heavy. #NSStorm

Snow develops over NB & PEI Tuesday then slides south over NS mixing with rain in spots. Amounts will be variable; but should be less than 10cm.
