Take it easy on the roads tonight. There’s a lot of black ice in East Hants, and a car off the road on highway 2 in Lantz. So slippery.

I won't pretend that The Tyee is non partisan. Of course it is.
However, these are facts. Despite what former PM Harper said in his paid support gig for Polievre, neither of the potential future PM's 'worked' for him.
And facts matter. We're being inundated with false information from bad actors.

I have a theory that over half of the Americans saying, 'I didn't vote for this' really mean 'I didn't vote.' Their complacency is more appalling than the Magats' idolatry. They never seem to say who they *did* vote for.
This is what happens when you don't support the democracy you live in.

Mahmoud Khalil should be at home with his pregnant wife.

Instead, he's been illegally abducted & had his constitutional right to free speech & due process stripped.

We're demanding his immediate release and we cannot allow this abuse of power to go unchecked. #FreeMahmoudKhalil

Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.
