I work with people all over the world, but especially in Latin America. Today, one of my co-workers from Argentina opened with “eh, a bit of a show going on in the US, huh?” And the two US folks just covered our faces and made vague sounds of despair.

Dunno if Elon meant to throw a Nazi salute (twice) or not, but if they were a mistake coming from the guy who recently supported AfD (the far right German Party), it would be one of the biggest, ugliest, stupidest political gaffes of the last decade.

Good friend of mine shared that she was horrified to recently discover the name of this site does not rhyme with “brewski,” mostly because that version just sounds cooler. And, she’s right. That pronunciation will henceforth be head canon for me. BLOOskee.

Holy crap, this site, as I have thus far experienced it is way more toxic than Twitter. I have already blocked at least 5 people for responses to this post such an in the screen shots, and other variants confidently assuming that I must be cheering on the death of children in Gaza.

Forgot to put away rice from last night, so tried to get the internet to tell me it’s ok to not throw it out. It will never stop being funny how EMPHATICALLY Google tries to tell me to stop being a dumbass about this. It’s like it wants to reach through the screen and shake some sense into me. 😂

Four of Donald Trump’s nominees are especially dangerous to the security of the United States and to the well-being of its people, @radiofreetom.bsky.social argues in The Atlantic Daily. “The Senate must turn back these nominations, and do so en bloc.”
The Senate Exists for a Reason
These four Trump picks should be stopped.
