Now structurally complete, the last segment of the Green Line Extension is approaching completion. Final track install begins late April. Kenilworth Trail (might) be open by fall.

I had no idea Louisville/Jefferson County had so many tiny, independent suburbs. There are over 80 and most of them have populations under a thousand. The peak populations map (left) is pretty illegible at this scale but you can see the cluster of tiny muncipalities in green on the right map.

Crazy fact: only 10 years ago, there were more housing units in San Francisco than Austin, TX. Now Austin has basically 100k more units and is still building at 5-10x the pace of SF.

Twitter’s block changes don’t actually impact how I use the block function so I’m not personally harmed. I want to stop seeing the idiots posts and I don’t care if they see mine. But it’s such a boneheaded decision. Best of luck to BlueSky. Capitalize on the mistakes of your enemies and all that.

My grandfather has this exact model of desk. Weighs a million pounds, has absolutely no usable space and I love every inch of it
today's young people spend too much time on their home computer. they ought to snap their diskettes into their protective cases, slide their rolling keyboard tray back underneath their computer desks, store their joysticks and trackballs in the peripheral hutch, and pull down the wooden shutter

With the new definitions out, there are now 3 CSAs with TEN component metro & micro areas.
* Atlanta—Athens-Clarke County—Sandy Springs
* Dallas—Fort Worth
* Indianapolis—Carmel—Muncie
What a weird set of cities. And frankly these really, really stretch the definition of an urban area.
