Glendale is the size of four full city blocks on the Stadium Village grid... even at area-standard density it could support thousands of units. The Accolade right across the street will have more apartments than the entirety of Glendale on <10% of the land. So much potential.

There aren't even sidewalks out to Valley Creek. Walking to the McDonalds across 494 before sunrise on opening day was pretty unpleasant.

Most of the LRT stations have simple dot-matrix displays but a few select stations and bus hubs have nicer digital screens. I know both of the airport terminal LRT stations have screens like the one in the image.
