Te reo names for three Tāmaki Makaurau train stations
Britomart officially renamed along with three other Tāmaki Makaurau railway stations
Each of the names are strongly linked to each station’s location and honour the city’s past.

Half a million people in London right now. Jewish activists in New York last night. Polls in both countries overwhelmingly support a ceasefire in Gaza. Cannot imagine this level of support even five years ago. Whatever happens, the Palestinians are no longer alone.

How much money do we all want to bet that the NZ Supreme Court will continue to allow name suppression?
Predators shouldn’t have their names suppressed or their careers taken into account.
Ali is right - women won't be safe if the names of predators are kept secret.

In prep for an interview, Australia has a more progressive income tax regime than NZ. It has a 0% tax rate threshold for the first $18.2k and the top tax rate of 45% kicks in at $180k.

You do not need an EasyVote Card to vote.

You do not even need to be enrolled and you do not need to take identification with you when you go to vote.

If you are a NZer over the age of 18, just show up to a polling booth and you will be able to vote.

Pass it on.

Wow, this simple infographic is compelling! Really backs a lot of recent speed reductions around my neighbourhood. It misses out the added safety for ducks & pets too!
