#kai. Post-scope dinner: chicken and lemon risotto daubed with green herb pesto and steamed asparagus. Not pictured: the handful of grapes, the handful of cherry tomatoes and the bowl of fresh pineapple. (Result: apart from the boring, minor IBD, all is well.)
A simple dinner of risotto and asparagus as described. The creamy risotto is daubed with a vivid green sauce. It all looks rather pretty and fresh.

#kai a day of pre-scope eating. Breakfast: rock melon, yoghurt, cashew butter, and a drop or two of maple syrup.
Lunch: supermarket‘baguette’, smoked kahawai salad, cos, and Gruyère.
Dinner: white pizza with ricotta, ham,
parmesan, and a sprinkle of basil; mixed lettuces and avocado.
Baguette with salad filling, as described. Looks very fresh and delicious. It was. Pizza and salad as described. More fresh pretty colours: yellow potatoes, pink ham and various shades of green. A pallid breakfast bowl of melon, yoghurt, cashew butter and maple syrup. Nice, but.
