The infamous "I Am Error" message from Zelda 2 is not in fact an error; it's translated correctly. The actual mistake was with his friend Bagu, which should be "Bug".

Small asterisk, and this is even more trivial, but this does happen once in the original Japanese release. A trinity in Traverse Town leads you to a barrel containing an item. This was replaced with a chest in the international release because, clearly, it was confusing people!!

In the tutorial for Kingdom Hearts, in the middle of telling you critical things like how to move, jump, attack, and interact, the game tells you that breaking crates can sometimes give you items. This happens literally 0 times after the tutorial. Not even one additional time.
