Red is the Rose 🌹 🍀

🌱 The photos that I see of the 'Tiffany' rose show a rose that is slightly darker in color. Mine blooms light pink. The large flower heads tend to nod downward, too. Maybe it's because my rose is 3 years old and/or because it gets bleached in southfacing full sun. #bloomscrolling #garden #Zone8b

Mother of Pearl® rose. Presenting clusters of fully double pearly salmon-pink flowers throughout the season. The blooms are about 4 inches across and the clusters can feature about 4 flowers per stem for maximum cut flower potential. Each blossom releases a light, refreshing fragrance

I found this rose flower peaking over a neighbor’s fence looking very romantic.

Summer Nights bears stunning yellow petals with soft pink tints deepening toward the edges. The flowers unfurl in spirals to a stunning 5 inches across, set off dramatically by rich, dark green leaves. The moderate licorice fragrance adds an air of healthy distinction. Grower photo.

A classic, Dark Night™ Hybrid Tea Rose flowers in abundant and continuous waves over a long season, from late spring to late fall. Borne singly and rather unusually colored, the large cup-shaped blooms have 25 reflexed deep velvet red petals with a creamy ocher yellow reverse suffused with red.

These are the best welcome to spring we have made.
I just fertilized the berm of tulips yesterday .
Too early, and the growth goes to the stems, making them long.
At the right time the blossoms are more lasting .
So .Much . Joy .

The pass of thunder

Pink tulip waves
in falling night,
defies the bleakness
born of lack of light.

Cool midnight breeze
foretells the dawn
to break the night:
Far-off sea flows ever on.

Another #wetrose from Heather Farm in Northern California. I particularly love these roses, with the yellow to white to bright pink coloring. Plus rain drops! #roses #flowerreport #flowers #raindrops #gardens #naturephotography
