But (as alluded to in this snippet), if social care providers go bust because they can’t afford employers National Insurance contributions, the consequences will be very medical, with lots of people ending up in hospital!

Regardless of how someone finds themself in this position, we need to make this somewhere people can have a career and achieve their potential.

For 8 yrs, I hid behind an anonymous handle,
Afraid of the stigma & judgement that come with revealing a mental health diagnosis.
This summer, I 'came out' & to my surprise, I was blessed with the support & encouragement of thousands of people.
