So I guess we’re at the “papers, please” stage of fascism, now.

A co-worker of mine (who is a judge), traveled by train from Montana to North Dakota for work this week. The train made a stop in Havre, MT, where ICE agents—armed and dressed in full military-style tactical gear—boarded the train.

This is not a peace negotiation. This is the beginning of a US-russian alliance. All that's left is for the US to commit troops to help the weak russian army conquer Ukraine and remove Zelensky. Forget the betrayal; it was expected. This is pathetic US deference to the weak russian dictatorship.

They gut the FAA.
Therefore, the FAA can't do its job well because it was gutted.

A 2015 follow up study found that from 1995-2011, brain malformations had been prevented in ~1,326 infants per year. This is public health at work.

Trump is deliberately blurring US and Trump business interests. Which is bad enough, but wait until a terrorist attack levels Trump Mar-a-Gaza and he sends the US military to retaliate.

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.
