The big kicker of this whole story is that if this child was caucasian, EPS would have acted faster.

It's not "unfortunate", Detective Buhler, it's police negligence.

Yesterday Edmonton mourned Missing Relations in walking for Red Dress Day. Colonialism and genocide hasn’t stop with continued with #MMIW, #mmim, unsafe drug supply, continuing poverty and homelessness.

The United States is a rogue state that’s now launched an imperialist trade war against Canada and Mexico.

It’s time for countries, especially its former allies, to form an alliance to make the US feel the consequences of its actions and to break their dependence on US tech once and for all.
The United States has gone rogue. There must be consequences.
Countries must form new alliances and end their dependence on US tech in response to Trump’s trade war

On Sunday, we went to honor a homeless man who was I suspect lit on fire. It was by the Doubletree hotel on Jasper Avenue. Him & a female companion were seen on fire as another man left the area. A person not concerned with some1 welfare, walked away without a care. Police call this non suspicious.

There is power in a union, and companies like Amazon know this—that's why they fight so hard to keep workers from organizing.

We are in solidarity with @local804.bsky.social as they stand up for their right to collectively bargain for better wages and benefits and safer working conditions.

Increasingly clear there’s a whole MSNBC-brain revisionist narrative, that’s quite popular I’m afraid, that the Gaza genocide was an injustice done by Netanyahu TO Biden in league with Trump. In this telling of events Biden is not only powerless and bumbling but very much another victim of the “war”
