L' ADAP rappelle cependant que ces modalités sont appliquées tous les jours à des centaines de justiciables sous l'œil courroucé des éditorialistes et gouvernants qui fustigeaient jusqu'alors une Justice laxiste. Le jugement rendu cette semaine n'est qu'une application de la loi, dont nous dénoncions les imperfections depuis des années sous les quolibets de « droits de l'hommiste ». Si la loi mérite d'être discutée, si des prévenus disposent du droit légitime de critiquer une décision les condamnant, il est en revanche parfaitement inacceptable de constater que les magistrats, qui n'ont fait qu'appliquer des textes votés et renforcés par ceux même qui en sont aujourd'hui l'objet, soient menacés et inquiétés. Puisse ce jugement être l'occasion de riches débats législatifs et non un prétexte pour fustiger la Justice et les Juges, piliers de notre État de droit et de notre démocratie. Le Comité directeur$
