The queerest thing we can do is fight for liberation. Truly.
Part of building is mobilizing. That means uplifting the people that work to uplift us, it means reaching out to connect and collaborate, and it means being so queer that we show everyone what liberation can bring.

Early voting is October 25 to November 2, and Election Day is November 4.

If you haven’t marked it already, 2025 is a year of upheaval and breakthrough, and it will be from beginning to finish.

Let’s use that momentum to transform everything.

After resisting Empire in the form of queer celebrations this month, there’s a bounce in our gait in NYC, because Zohran, because our people came through, because even as an enormous city, we can be a village.

DO NOT RANK CUOMO, WHO WILL LET ICE KIDNAP YOUR FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS, AND MAYBE YOU OFF THE STREET.

DO RANK:

1. Zohran Mamdani
2. Brad Lander
3. Jessica Ramos
4. Zellnor Myrie
5. Adrienne Adams
As our neighbors are being kidnapped off the street and shipped to Louisiana or further afield to foreign gulags, without so much as the pretense that they've broken any law, this mealy mouthed response is the most Cuomo can muster.

If you're not down with what is happening & about to happen, congratulations - you, too, are now an enemy of the state, whatever you think about politicians or know about "how all this works."

Grieve the loss of the old world, accept reality, & start doing what needs to be done. You're needed.

For the sake of argument, let's just say it's leftist's fault & whoever didn't vote or w/e. OK fine, you're right.

Now! Who do you think has better ideas for this kind of time, West Wing types or "loony" leftists? Who knows more about fighting the system? Who feeds neighbors? Think about it.

We've been telling y'all it was a wrap on trusting the system since SCOTUS got the right wing majority. Now they're not even listening to that.

Please, please stop punching left and get behind people who have been with the program for years. I can't say you won't hear I told you so, but it's time.

The attack on immigrants and trans people has always been a gateway to be able to attack anyone and everyone. If you are reading this, you are included in that everyone.

Fight now so no one is taken. Or soon enough there will be none of us left.

Think about the insidiousness of "turning the other cheek" when it comes to harms done by the powerful or by abusive people in our lives.

For a society to thrive, there must be standards for what is acceptable & what is not. I believe we have been intentionally miseducated into toothlessness.

Rahm Emanuel saying he’s a predator so trans people shouldn’t have rights is a pretty clear distillation of the issue. Cishet men are sexual predators but they have all the power, while trans people have the least power, so trans people must be blamed for and punished for the crimes of cishet men

the thing about “democrats should take popular cultural positions” is that what constitutes popular is a function of an interaction between the public and elites. if a faction of elites start screaming about a vulnerable minority and another faction says they have a point, this shapes the public.
In a leaked recording, State Senator Elena Parent (D-42) said she’d vote for Republican transgender healthcare bans because trans rights are too “unpopular."

"You can go right to heck. I don’t think I will lose re-election based on you screaming at me"

This! Whatever your position on the one-day economic blackout, please read it all. Too many great points to summarize.
What comes after a one-day boycott? Ideally mass organizing.

Whatever you thought of the one day event, millions of people want to fight oligarchy.

And our job is to make that happen, to build power, to bringing people into the long-term fight.

What comes after a one-day boycott?
So there was a one-day boycott.

when flooding a snitch form, DON’T use obvious troll responses that can be filtered out with a query
Use PLAUSIBLE FAKE data that will take TIME and EFFORT to run down.
This poisons the entire data pool and makes it useless
