I graduated in Translation and went on to pursue a PhD in Linguistics. My flatmate in Dublin was working as a tester at Activision.
When I moved to Germany I looked for a similar job, and that's how I started working in games.

Fun fact: I kept a diary from approx. 1994 to 2010. I wrote every single day from 1996 to 2008. Even if it was only a few lines or just "Nothing to report today". I think it was useful to sort out thoughts in my mind and, let's face it, I had tons of free time back then. 1/2

One of the treats of working on DD has been hearing Wayne June's voice, for sure. To me it is pretty much the beating heart of the game.
