You wouldn't know from reading this New York Times story about Trump punishing the University of Pennsylvania for trans athletes that there are no trans athletes on women's teams at the University of Pennsylvania because the New York Times didn't find that detail worth including

I don't take a back seat to anyone on the subject of anti-semitism. Jews are being used here as a fig leaf to advance a broader attack on universities and higher learning. Trump wants to bring Universities to heel and obedience. Jews are just a convenient cudgel here and just as disposable.

1/ Trans people are already under constant attack. The last thing we need is to turn on each other in public. It’s time to bring back the Morgan Page Rule: Try to avoid criticizing other trans people in public. The world does it enough already. 🧵

I think fully actualized trans people are so especially beautiful because you know that every detail is intentional, meticulously crafted, and came at a cost that could never be reduced to some number of dollars
