I wish I liked Expresso martinis ; I don't know if it's the vodka, or the liquor used, but they do not taste good to me.
I do like the modified white russian I make when I'm in the mood.

My PC got bungled by an update - could not get my moniter to work for my life. I think I've now fixed it? (hopefully) (praying this fixes it)

I know a lot of us are considering ditching Amazon altogether. This thread has some useful info about other platforms. I've started using kobo as a reader and really like it
Okay I'm gonna try to do a brief non-comprehensive thread about selling on platforms other than Amazon because some of the folks talking about leaving Kindle haven't gone wide before. This is not a "here's how to sell a million books!" but more preparing you before you get discouraged immediately.

I like paying taxes. Genuinely. Not grudgingly. I can’t pave a road, I can’t build and staff a hospital. $200 in my pocket won’t pay for my kid’s daycare but if we all pool our money it might. I really wish someone on the left would be brave enough to be like, “Taxes are good, actually.”
