I don’t know the source of the data, but compared to other graphs of a similar nature, this is true.
What I don’t understand is why there are resources and $ to tackle MANY problems (veterans, homeless, etc, etc) - and yet nothing is done.
The time has come to wrest the assets from the wicked.
