It's both, I think, but the billionaires are definitely going to get richer. They can afford to lose huge amounts and still have plenty to buy up everything that bankrupts.
Trump is either crashing the economy on accident with reckless policies and incompetence, or he’s crashing the economy on purpose with reckless policies and malice for nefarious purposes. Either way, keep those pitchforks ready because he has no business being in charge.
