On the Dallas airport skylink there weren't any places to hold on so I had to plant my feet and subway surf (luckily I've had plenty of practice on the red line) and I heard a kid whisper "badass" as we took off and I did not embarrass myself! 😤😁

The eye exam is the perfect game design. That big E is a great tutorial that teaches you the basic mechanic. But it doesn't baby you and quickly gets hard as they introduce the small and blurry enemies.

Truly a strange feeling to have grown up with the internet being your refuge and cherished resource only to have it become utter shit and realize that maybe you don't need it and in fact can't use it the way you used to anymore

It is really really sinking in for me the degree to which LLMs are the ultimate expression of right wing anti-intellectualism. Its proponents are literally mocking the idea that anyone would ever want to learn anything, know anything, develop any actual skill, or have a thought of their own.
