just had a flashback to when i watched gundam gquuuuuux, was severely disappointed in its second half, and then one of the exact same plot points happened in conjuring last rites and i felt like i had truly gone insane

the fly (1958) is awesome because its a lot of scenes where the director goes "we got a fantastic deal on this machine that moves guinea pigs from one side of the room to the other and you better appreciate it"
