It is, in essence, the exact same as the one with MasterCard / Visa.
And just like with the payment processors, the best thing for us to do is to become tremendous pains in the ass.
Make them miserable. Ruin their ratings.

I've currently removed the Sammy Law(not as popular yet), the ACPA(only a draft), and the H.R.5300(no relevance and neutered, but keep an eye on it) to help narrow the scope of importance.

Woke up to quite the update on this. I had been in contact with Payment Cloud about getting their service and they waited until now to hit me with the image below. Again, stringing me along instead of being upfront. They had seen my website multiple times before this.
