Voiceovers are everywhere.
Train stations, apps, toys, documentaries, even… a talking urinal in Amsterdam. (Yes, really.)

I could never write a memoir. I don't know how people can. I think back and I can't remember who all was there or what the specifics of the conversation were or details of anything around it. I might have a good memory for technical details, but I'm really bad at remembering interactions.

I gave Apple Reminders a solid month and a half, but it looks like it's back to Todoist for me. At least until Reminders gives us the ability to regenerate tasks. (I tried Microsoft To-Do, which is nice, but you can only regenerate tasks created in Outlook.)

Okay @bsky.app, I set my domain as my username and verified my account. I’m still not sure why I did it as I won’t see any benefit from having verified, but I am. You’re welcome.

Well, a tiny bit of good news on an otherwise shitastic Friday.
MapQuest is NOT renaming the Gulf of Mexico. Our maps are like grandma's Thanksgiving recipes — once they're printed, they're not changing. The Gulf of Mexico stays put on MapQuest.

Groceries are so dang expensive. $288 at Walmart for myself and my two teenagers for the week. 😫 Yes, they’ve been expensive for a while, but it hasn’t been *this* bad.
