1. We have learned that 20 hospitals have received subpoenas from the department of justice seeking records on transgender patients.

We can confirm at least one hospital has received them from a person familiar with the situation.

In 2016, Ken Paxton had the audacity to sit at my table and break bread with my family knowing full well that my son is trans, then SIX YEARS LATER wrote an opinion stating that families like mine shouldn't exist. Within days, a CPS investigator was in our home threatening to remove our children.🧵

The pink triangle, once used by Nazis to persecute gay men, was reclaimed in the 1970s as a symbol of LGBTQ+ resistance. From the AIDS crisis to today, it stands for resilience and pride. Once again, we face rising fascism—we must fight to protect our community.

My wife, Rep. Zooey Zephyr, is working her ass off in the Montana legislature, railing against bill after bill, day after day. This is just one of many speeches I've watched her give... but it's one of the most powerful.

This on a bill that criminalizes us for being trans.

Watch her speak.
I continue to speak out against every bill that attempts to remove trans people from public life. And I will continue to do so for as long as I draw breath.

I hope one day the government will leave my people alone.

I got mad at the New York Times after their editorial board released an opinion piece condemning Trump's anti-trans EOs and I decided to write about how the paper of record laundered transphobia into the mainstream and paved the road for Trump's transphobia. www.patreon.com/posts/nyt-ed...

1. Today, the New York Times Editorial Board published a piece titled "Trump's Shameful Campaign Against Transgender Americans."

I criticize the paper's attempt to wash away the paper's own culpability in ushering in an era of eradication-based policies.

This is my favorite picture of Stonewall.

They knew they were getting arrested just for being LGBTQ+.

Yet... they're still here, standing outside of the boarded up Stonewall Inn, smiling as the world was at a fever pitch of hatred against them.

I think about it a lot in moments like this.

All applications for gender marker change are on hold while the State Department changes this policy.

Anyone who now submits an application for a change runs the risk of losing access to their passport and documents while their application is being processed.

The intention of the executive actions on trans individuals is to terrorize. People need to realize that they are either standing with the oppressed or the oppresesor. To say that you are not political does not give you a pass. There is no middle ground. This is about moral character.
