If we had a normal President, he'd express human decency and offer condolences for the MURDERED U.S. citizen under his watch.

Instead, we get a paragraph of propaganda and excuses that put the blame on the victim – a tactic Trump has used on women for decades.

Disgusting.

Is this what the Supreme Court envisioned as appropriate for presidential power? Trump wholly understands that he is a dictator and is acting as one. I am disgusted and ashamed.

Marco Rubio is reportedly saying Maduro will stand trial in US courts.

Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.

People are going to try and lure you into debates about whether Maduro was a good guy or not and the thing is, it doesn’t matter for the purposes of discussing whether violent kidnappings and extrajudicial murders by the US government are ok. No, they aren’t! End of convo.

SHUT IT DOWN…👇

Now ICE agents are shooting at moving vehicles!

Injuring two UNARMED immigrants on Christmas Eve, whose only "crime" was a failure to stop when asked. ICE didn't know if the people they shot were citizens or not until AFTER the fact.

ICE is out of control, making us all less safe.

The White House claims the vote to rename the Kennedy Center was “unanimous.” That is false. I was muted on the call and denied the opportunity to speak or register my opposition. That is not consensus. That is censorship.

Just a reminder that ICE didn't exist until 2002. It's not some longstanding institution that must be maintained. It was created as a knee-jerk reaction to 9/11, and it could be gotten rid of as easily as it was created.

SNAP has existed for 60 years. Benefits have gone out every single month over those six decades, including during government shutdowns. Until now.

Make no mistake: The money is available to fund SNAP during this shutdown. Trump is making a choice to withhold it.

Don’t forget this.
