Trans people in the US are confronting genocide. Stripping their 2A rights, a step that we've been unable to manage in the face of literal massacres of children, is the preamble to something very dark, and it is the responsibility of those of cis folk to oppose this with every fiber of our being.
We are legitimately looking at a genocide against trans people in the United States. That's not hyperbole. The Department of Justice isn't talking about disarming us so that we can all live quietly in peace.
