Not an exaggeration at all to say that the feeling in Minneapolis is that the entire metro area is being treated as occupied territory by federal agents. Impossible to overstate how overwhelmingly people here do not like it. This does not feel sustainable.

Someone asked if a jury will see it. Of course I can't say, but it is right this second becoming a political issue in Minnesota at least to arrest and prosecute Ross. If you fail you fail, but you have to beat that drum as hard as you can. Ross will lose his shirt in civil court regardless.

Any administration that instantly clears one of its officers of a suspected capital crime is just begging for other trigger-happy poorly trained ICE officers to do the same.
The White House isn't protecting its officers. It's encouraging them to ignore the law. And that puts more Americans at risk.
