To see the “working man’s ballet” priced so far out of the working man’s reach is beyond depressing. We’ve been from Seattle to France, South Africa & Brazil for men’s World Cups. Never saw this pricing or greed. Was so excited for it to be here. FIFA always was corrupt, but this is crap.
FIFA has raised ticket prices for dozens of 2026 World Cup games, in some cases by more than 20%.
Most upper-deck tickets to the World Cup final are now $5,055 or $3,450.

Pepo De la Vega’s goal is nominated for the Puskás, and Jordyn Bugg’s is nominated for the Marta. That has to be the first time men’s and women’s teams in the same city have received simultaneous noms, right? Seems like a pretty cool moment for Seattle and the Sounders/Reign org
