My attempt at a chicken shawarma recipe I found on YouTube. It turned out . . . ok. I think it needs something more. The recipe said cardamom, cloves and cinnamon were optional but I think they may be necessary. I didn't have any on hand so I went with the basics.

Ok, I've been mostly lurking on this platform (and Threads, too). Twitter/X has become completely unusable. Here's the thing, sometimes I sit here annoy my partner by texting whatever random thought jumps into my head to my partner. I decided to spend a week doing that here to see what happens.
