I consider my French pretty on par and I've watched the video twice now and unless my brain is not functioning (always a possibility) I don't hear him say that about the relaying of false Ukrainian information?

In 2021, @ntusikov.bsky.social and I addressed how Canadian dependence on US tech leaves Canada vulnerable to this type of US extraterritorial overreach.
It would be nice if Canada finally started taking these issues seriously. A first step would be excluding them from “sovereign” tech initiatives.
